How Treemaxx Works
When you spend $70 with Treemaxx, several good things happen.
- We will plant a tree in your name.
- We (with your help) will save another tree from being cut down
- We will help protect you from the risk of identity theft.
Create an account on this site and buy a tree. We will send you 
three flat-folded boxes, and three pre-addressed, pre-paid FedEx shipping labels. Fill them with your personal documents and ship them to us for shredding and recycling. Three boxes of recycled paper saves a tree, and the shredding saves your identity, too.

Buy A Tree
On a regular basis, when we accumulate enough trees, we will designate a Tree Planting Day.
In preparation, we will accept an invitation to replant an area at risk for erosion damage due to wildfire. Working with local forestry experts, we will create a plan for planting, taking into consideration the best interests of the forest.
We will engage with the local community to encourage involvement. Scouts provide the labor. In return, we will provide online tools for the teaching and testing to help them earn the Forestry merit badge.
Upon completion, we will update your online account with information and photos about your tree, a part of a new forest, which will make a difference in Our World.
Save A Tree
At no extra cost, you can also save a tree, and help save your identity at the same time.
We will send you three boxes, and three return shipping labels. Fill them with your documents: old tax information, health forms, investment statements. Clean out 20 year’s worth of attic storage, or the garage file cabinet.
Seal the boxes, apply the prepaid shipping labels and call the special toll free FedEx number, or take them to a FedEx station. They will scan the tracking numbers and ship them to our secure facility for shredding.
We update your online account with date and weight, by tracking number. You can save a pdf certificate of destruction. 3 boxes = save a tree + save your identity.
