Treemaxx is a secure document destruction company…with an environmental agenda.  That’s an important distinction, because the security of or customer’s documents is paramount. 

Our 75,000 sf facility in Dallas is entirely concrete (including the roof) and meets the highest industry standards as defined by NAID, the National Association for Information Destruction.  In fact our shredding operation, Texas State Shredding is AAA Certified, meaning we are serious about employee background checks, drug testing and restricted access, including CCTV monitoring.

The process was designed with security in mind as well.  Each shipping label is pre-assigned, so when FedEx scans the barcode, we are notified that a package is in the system, in transit, and we already know who is sending it.  The barcoded label gets scanned once more upon receipt at our facility, prior to the shredding of its contents.  Your online account is then updated to record the date, tracking number, and even weight to 1/10 of a pound.
